Välkomna till ett samtal mellan formgivaren Sofia Djerf, förläggaren Jenny Lindhe från Breadfield Press och fotografen Martin Magntorn. Bokens berättelse har olika utsiktsplatser: att vara förvärvsarbetande kvinna och mamma under andra hälften av 1900-talet i Sverige, att åldras och livets olika faser, samt ett samtal mellan en mamma och hennes son om ljus och mörker ur barndomen.
