OPEN STAGE – Bring Your Own Song
Welcome to join our open mic Bring Your Own Song at Ariman!
Bring your own songs from your bedroom into the small and cozy stage with other artists just like you. We encourage anyone of any age, gender, background or ability to take the stage for about 10-15 minutes each. And if you feel a little shy, swing by as an audience member for one of our events and make sure to sign up for the next one if you feel ready.
Fill out our form to apply and we will let you know at what event you will be performing. For this first event we will try out about eight acts.

Background
The idea first came to us after some visits to a few open mics in different cities during the last few years. After we performed with our band Leading Edge at Café Ariman ourselves, an open mic felt like such a fun thing to arrange here in Lund. The name is inspired by an
open mic event at legendary venue
Bird Land in Hamburg which our band had the privilege to join in 2023. We have basically copied their concept of the event (with their blessing of course) 😀
